A 36-year-old man's stinky sins have him facing 14 years of jail time and 18 strokes of "the cane," after he reportedly assaulted women by "smelling their armpits and touching them" in stairways, elevators, and homes. Apparently, The Armpit Sniffer was deemed mentally ill and likely relapse into his sniffing habits, warranting this type of punishment(which is normally reserved for the most hardened criminals).
